Heroin dealer pleads guilty, gets a slap on the wrist

Joshua Pisor, 29, entered a guilty plea to felony conspiracy to drug delivery.

The plea agreement calls for a sentence of 11½ to 23 months in Butler County Prison, as well as fines, when he is sentenced on Sept. 21.

A search of Pisors home found the following, 179 stamp bags of heroin and 578 prescription pills that were stashed in a vinyl cooler, a rifle was hidden under the bed.

Because of a 2007 conviction for burglary, he is barred by state law from possessing any firearms.

Richard Pisor was arrested immediately after the search of his home in June 2015. He subsequently pleaded guilty to heroin trafficking and in 2016 was sentenced to 3½ to 10 years in state prison.

He is currently serving his term at the State Correctional Institution-Laurel Highlands.
