Joshua Luchkiw, 31, pleaded guilty in two cases to misdemeanor simple assault and summary disorderly conduct.
The plea agreement calls for a sentence of six to 18 months in Butler County Prison, $251.60 in restitution and a fine.
Luchkiw was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor resisting arrest, which was later changed to the simple assault count per the plea.
Luchkiw was found seated in a vehicle at the home and when officers tried to take him into custody, officers said he resisted.
Luchkiw is accused of grabbing and tearing an officer’s jacket and kicking him before he was taken into custody.
One officer suffered a cut and swelling to his right middle finger and another had a cut and swelling to his right elbow.
