State police believe a 28-year-old woman with a history of drug use was alive when she was dumped along a road behind the Oneida Valley Dam.
Kayla A. Dunlap of Rimersburg, Clarion County, later died there. A woman walking her dog on the road found the body around 10:30 a.m.

Police are investigating the case as a suspicious death, but he did not rule out that Dunlap possibly suffered a drug overdose before she died.
Dunlap had “fresh wounds” on her face, including bruises around the left eye.
Police found tire marks leading up to the edge of the hillside.
