Andrew Olczak, 20, was charged with possessing THC extract and LSD stemming from a call earlier this month for a man believed to be unconscious in a vehicle on Brown Avenue.
Officers said they had to knock on the driver’s side window several times before Olczak awakened. He appeared “very confused, but he denied having been unconscious. He said he was waiting for a friend who lives nearby.
When police asked to see his driver’s license, documents said, he handed them two pieces of wax paper that contained suspected THC, which is the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.
Again, police asked to see his license. This time, police said, he handed an officer a plastic bag that contained a small piece of aluminum foil, which had a single sheet of suspected LSD paper in it.
He eventually provided his license, documents said, after police asked for it a third time.
Olczak is charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness.
Olczak is also charged with being a moron.
