Michael Webb who dates Butler Countys biggest piece of trash Rachel Ross (she has been on here maybe 20 times for various drug related crimes and overdoses) is facing charges for allegedly attempting to buy a firearm at Rural King in Center Township. Michael Webb is prohibited from buying a gun under the Firearms Act.
