China Palace building to be rebuilt after fire

The owners of a mixed-use building on West Jefferson Street in Butler that was condemned after a fire are tentatively planning to repair the building.

More than two dozen people living in apartments in the building were displaced and the China Palace restaurant, which was located on the first floor.

The owner will allow a few tenants who still have belongings in the building to retrieve their property before another inspection is done.

    How can you rebuild a condemned structure.
    Is it true that only people on SSD with a payee live in this slum?
