Darrell Pacoe, 44, gets probation for stalking woman

Darrell Pacoe, 44, was sentenced to two years’ probation after stalking a woman he believed was involved in the drug trade and crashing into her vehicle.

He was also ordered to pay court costs, a $250 fine and complete anger management counseling.

He was initially charged by Butler Township Police with 23 counts, including misdemeanor terroristic threats, two counts each of stalking, simple assault, disorderly conduct and accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle as well as 14 summary offenses, including harassment, criminal mischief and reckless driving.

The charges stem from a vehicle accident and harassment incident, where Pacoe was charged with causing the crash after stalking a woman he believed to be connected to drug trafficking, police said.
