Dakota Hinchberger, 25, was charged in connection with a police call last month for suspected drug activity in the area of Spang and Walker avenue in Butler City.
Police said they found Hinchberger and two other people in a sport utility vehicle about 2 p.m. Jan. 31. Hinchberger, who was the driver, gave a bogus name. Police learned his identify. They also found out he was wanted on a bench warrant. Near his seat, police also found a crack pipe.
Hinchberger is charged with false identification to law enforcement authorities and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police previously charged the two passengers Nancy Hinchberger, 51, and Richard Dusheck, 61, both of Butler with possession of drug paraphernalia.
