Judge McCune bans Pineapple teen from Social media-this is a slippery legal subject.

A 14 year old girl accused of intentionally exposing a classmate with a severe pineapple allergy to the fruit has been severely limited from using social media by Judge McCune, The restriction was one of several conditions placed on the girl as part of a safety plan approved Thursday at an emergency hearing in juvenile court.

The teenager was expelled from Butler Intermediate High School in Butler Township in wake of the Dec. 13 incident. The teen is charged with felony assault for rubbing pineapple juice on a child at school. The victim was taken to the nurse’s office, given an epinephrine pen and eventually taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital. She was treated and released from the hospital.

The teen is charged with aggravated assault and conspiracy, both felonies, and simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct in juvenile court, all misdemeanors.

This is a slippery slope when it comes to social media, I have been there and done this with Judge McCune. The ACLU stepped in and the ban was removed by Judge McCune

Here is a link to the OP if you would like to read more about this case.

  1. What needs banning are social accounts of grown women with children who plaster nudes of themselves all over the internet and bring shame to their families.
