Barry Murray, 22, of Butler, and Alexandra Christmann, 18, are accused in a weekend burglary at a Saxonburg Road house where $3,400 in property, including a pair of televisions, was stolen.
Troopers got the break-in call just before 4 p.m. for a home on the 400 block of Saxonburg Road. The owner, told investigators that a back window had been pushed in and several items taken.
Missing were two flat-screen TVs, a computer, two soundbars, a Sony PlayStation 4 video game console, an Apple iPad and $500 in currency.
District Judge Kevin O’Donnell arraigned both defendants on felony charges of burglary and theft, and misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and defiant trespass. They were jailed on $10,000 bail each following arraignment
