Garion Koziar, charged after being impaired on weed during traffic stop

Garion Koziar, 31, of Worthington, appeared to be impaired when he was stopped Feb. 2th, and he had marijuana and a pipe in the vehicle.

He was arrested after failing field sobriety tests and taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test. Toxicology results indicated he had marijuana in his system.

Koziar is charged with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and careless driving.
