18 bears killed in Butler County in the 2017 hunting season

Despite one of the worst opening days in more than three decades of bear hunting, Pennsylvania charted yet another Top 10 bear harvest in 2017.

Hunters harvested 3,438 bears in the 2017 seasons, with the archery harvest of 493 bears and the extended season harvest of 1,083 bears setting records for those seasons.

Forty-eight bears weighing 500 pounds or more, including 14 weighing 600 pounds or more and two weighing 700 pounds or more, were part of the 2017 harvest.

Locally, 18 bears were harvested in Butler County last year compared to 11 bears harvested in 2016.

  1. There is no Jane doe safe from a Doerr dick pic. Butler citizen is going to have the break through story. Butler eagle is reporting fake news by saying doerrs dick is bigger than 2″ however only on butler citizen will you find that is not true. You would actually never be able to receive a dick pic if your connecting via Penn internet but if you have Armstrong are normal and on this site than you know judge Doerr is a thumb tack dick. It looks like a child’s small pinky toe. And it does wiggle like a dog tail. A small dog tail.
