Malcolm Herald, 26, pleas guilty to simple assault after shooting a man with a BB gun in the neck

In a case that makes Austin Ayers cream his pants due to him admiring this jag off, Malcolm Herald, 26, of wherever pleaded guilty to assault in Butler County Court on Wednesday, after being charged with shooting another person in the neck twice with a pellet gun in May 2017.

Butler police initially charged Herald with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person after an incident in the 400 block of Hazel Avenue, Butler, on May 5, 2017.

The simple assault charge to which he pleaded was later added, and the remaining charges will be dismissed as part of the plea.

Police said Herald shot Lukas Safranek, 22, (no big loss he is also a known loser) following a verbal altercation over a past incident.

According to police, Safranek was visibly injured but refused medical treatment.

Herald was released after posting $10,000 bail.

I guess we can call this “when acting hard with a BB gun goes all wrong”
